I know I have a ton of mommas out at that place that love to workout. Ok… Maybe non Love to workout, but DO workout.
Just how in the world do you lot fit in time to get "fit," with kids running around, wanting every 2d of your attention… A married man saying he's hungry and ready for dinner… Getting the kids set for the adjacent solar day…. WELL… I reached out to Alison from Fearlessly Fierce to meet if she had any ideas for a QUICK workout for decorated moms. (because allow's face it… we're all busy, and sometimes we gotta clasp in what we can.)
I admittedly LOVE her "Get Fit Quick," workout that she came upward with for this. I tin SO practise this.
