   Can't add together Xbox friends - "Sad, we're unable to salvage your changes at the moment..."

   I'm trying to add friends on Xbox Alive, but getting nowhere. On the console, I can find the person and click add, but I just become a message saying:

   "Sad, we are unable to salve your changes at the moment. Attempt again in a while".
   

   I've had this every time I've tired over several weeks! On xbox.com, I tin find the person and click on "Add friend", but they don't announced to be receiving the invite.

   I've just tried this with a friend by getting him to remove me, then unblock me, and I tried adding him on both panel and xbox.com. Exactly the same issue. My bespeak strength is fine.

   I've tried searching online and found some historic reports of it being a "known event". I've also tried to access Microsoft online or call back up, simply it says assistance is not bachelor on chat or phone for this issue!

   Any brilliant ideas????

   Are y'all using a xbox one or 360?

   I've had trouble with adding friends who are using a xbox 360 before, non sure if this will help but worth a try.

   I would first cheque your xbox account privacy settings, make sure that Others tin can communicate with voice, text or invites
   prepare to Everyone

   (if its not already, yous can always change it dorsum after adding friends)

   Try adding friends on the xbox app for andriod or IOs

   Try messageing the person to take them transport y'all a friend request

   If you take a xbox 360 try calculation friends there,

   I am sorry that these are more like work arounds than a solution, I tin try to add you if that would help for troubleshooting.

   But it did allow me to add together a different friend

   My problem is that he isn't on my friend list. Due to a glitch of some sort, he was removed from my friend list after he blocked me and I can't add him back. I am on his friend list, just when I add him, it says "Sorry, we tin can't salvage your changes right
   now. Try over again in a while."

   So I can send/receive vocalisation messages, but can't talk or hear party/game conversation

   Happening again..pretty much always happens this time of night. Too have noticed that while this upshot occurring, I am not able to add together friends. When attempting to add friends while unable to communicate through game and party chat, I get a message that

   "Something went wrong. You can't add or change your human relationship with this person right now. Try again in a while."

   Guess I'll merely go through the troubleshooting steps hat never work. Sorry, I'one thousand frustrated.
