I sachin singh is studying in B.Tech ( Kickoff Year ) at KIET College Ghaziabad ( UP) with registration No 090530201600734. I had employ for the scholarship under Schedule caste category and sub degree Khatik .
I filled the application in online portal on 21/09/2016 with all the corrected details and submitted. (Application form attached)
In Feb 2017 , i was known that my application class is rejected due to the missing of last two digits of my caste certificate number in portal ie 11071414001 in place of ############, so meet the college and samaj kalian welfare office Ghaziabad for the same , they told that i had submitted the wrong details due to which awarding form is rejected . The Govt section told that the time limit was given for correction for the default applications forms to college , but college did not inform me for the same , while when the time limit was over then afterward 3 days college chosen up me and informed that my awarding form is rejected and demand to meet to Commune social welfare function to rectified the same .
My male parent and uncle run into to college administration officer / District function to right the same but the they told that your child has done the mistake and this cannot rectified .
we meet again in district function with all the original document with application ( copy attached dated 22.02.2017) and Meet Mr Zakir Hussain and Mr Vikas at Ghaziabad office , after analysis the certificate , Mr Zakir Hissain told to Mr Deepak ( information Operator at Ghaziabad Office ) to right the same , he accepted the same only he told that Internet network is all of sudden downwards and i demand to come next day after 0200PM.
And so I reached there on schedule fourth dimension and meet Mr Vikas and Mr Deepak , ( Mr Zakir Hussain was not available that fourth dimension ) to rectified the aforementioned as committed previous day , only Mr Vikas told me that this cannot rectified and this is student fault and he instruct Mr Deepak to provide the re-create of application grade ( Copy attached dated 23.02.2017). Then I meet Commune welfare officer Mr Paritosh Srivastva to request for the same just he also told that this cannot rectified and student is responsible for the mistake . Then i tried to become the original copy of application form submitted to higher and encounter Assistants office ( assistants officer –Mr Umesh Sharma and Mr Arvind Kumar ), they refused to provide the same and contradicted many time and subsequently the intervention of CEO of college i could become the copy of the application grade .( Copy attached Dated 26.09.2016). which is as well non the original as submitted ( Differ in Portal entries)
After analyzing the three application forms ( ie 1 Portal copy dated 21.09.2016 , 26.09.2016 and 23.02.2017 ) information technology was plant that all three application formats of NIC portal is differs among each other on post-obit points :
1. Documents dated 21.09.2017 and 26.09.2016 : A .Portal sequential entries for different parameters is not matching ie in portal re-create(dated 21.09.2016) , on 11th Number is "category / caste" , while in application course ( dated 26.09.2016 ) on 11th Number is "Mobile number " and so on .
This ways the both the portal is different because in difference of 4 days NIC portal does non differ , which shows the amending in the details filled in application form . two. Documents dated 21.09.2017( Nic Portal ) and 23.02.2017( application provided by Mr Vikas and Mr Deepak at District Office ) a. Portal sequential entries for unlike parameters is not matching ie in portal copy(dated 21.09.2016) , on 11th Number is "category / caste" , while in application course ( dated 23.02.2017 ) on 11th Number is "Mobile no " so on .
b. In portal copy ( dated 21.09.2016) the "proclamation" by student in last of awarding is there only in copy ( dated 23.02.2017) annunciation is missing . This shows that all the different portal application formats is differ among each other while tempering has been made afterward submission of Application form . Every bit per the copy dated 21.09.2016 (which was with me since initial) was corrected and my caste document number is rightly same just contradistinct later . Sir I am enclosing all the required document forth with my father caste document and my sister caste document to prove my degree and further evaluation and ready for any investigation on the same .College has given me the letter stating to eolith my fee other bared from classes and test . I see District welfare officer( Mr Parotosh Srivastva ) and pointed out the aforementioned, he accustomed the alternation of NIC portal and told me that he would tries to resolve later on give-and-take with higher official and suggested me to mail the letter to Principle secretary, Managing director samaj kalian office Lucknow , I had send an registered letter dated 31 March 2017 and had a mail communication them dated 26March 2017 and a reminder mail on April 19th 2017 , but at that place is no reply class any one on aforementioned . Now college has banned my entry and i lost my Two CT examination too. I want your grace to considered my facts , instruct to higher to permit the examination release my scholar ship and so that i could exist continued my study .
